Ms. Chapman has over 35 years of investment experience in private equity. She is a member of WP Global’s Investment Committee and is an advisory board member of over a dozen invested funds.

Prior to joining WP Global, Ms. Chapman was a Director at WestAM, responsible for their venture capital portfolio, and also a member of the investment committee. Before WestAM, she was a Director of the Private Markets Group of FLI. Prior to joining FLI she managed the $600 million venture capital and leveraged buyout portfolio for the pension fund of GM/Hughes Electronics (“GM/Hughes”) for over 14 years. While at GM/Hughes, she invested in first-time funds, small partnerships, and co-investments. She began her career at GM/Hughes as a public equity analyst following technology stocks. Previously, she was associated with The Capital Group in research and trading.

Ms. Chapman is a member of the CFA Society of Los Angeles, the CFA Institute, and the Southern California Compliance Group, and was a member of the ILPA from its inception until 1998. She holds an M.B.A. in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in journalism, magna cum laude, from Pepperdine University.
